I basically finished putting my new comic book on a beat sheet and will be teaching myself more about how to use the Save the Cat program.   I also have been drawing more with procreate.  I’ll be sharing the time-lapse videos of these drawings as an exclusive for my Patreon page.

What I’m reading

This past week I read the graphic novel, ‘Cardboard’ by Doug TenNapel with my 6-year-old.  We had a great time reading this book about a boy who received a magical cardboard box.  It was so imaginative and relatable to any child or adult that plays with empty cardboard boxes.

Highly recommend this book and would not be surprised to see it turned into a movie someday.

Personal Updates

Even though I live smack dab in the middle of Dunkin’ and Green Mountain Coffee land, I wanted to see what my northern neighbors enjoy drinking.

This was a pretty normal week, work-wise. Here in Vermont, we had the famous ‘fools spring’ where the weather gets really warm but only for a few days.  It was great to crack open the windows and get some fresh air in the house.

More good news: we now have 2:57 minutes of extra daylight!
