Podcast Updates

Since the normal Thursday Live Stream fell on Christmas Eve, I didn’t have a podcast interview.  The same will before New Year’s Eve.  This has given me a couple of weeks off from interviewing.  I am excited that I was able to do 50 shows in 2020!

Project Updates

This week I spent more time learning storytelling from ‘Pixar in a box’.  I have been taking copious notes on how to spice up my 2 Years story.  I genuinely excited about how I can change it, but also exhausted by the prospects of potentially doing a complete rewrite for some parts of the book.

What I’m reading

This past week I read Volume 1 of Roger Landridge’s “Snarked!” I have always been a fan of Lewis Carroll’s Wonderland world, and seeing a story about the Walrus and the Carpenter was pretty fun. Landridge was able to keep the spirit of Carroll alive with the tertiary characters and sprinkling in poetry as narration. Although they are reluctant heroes, it was hard to get invested in their characters in the first couple of chapters, but near the end of the book, it made me excited to read volume 2.

Personal Updates

Merry Christmas! This was a fairly busy week with the wrapping of presents and the eating of holiday sweets.  I spent more time than I wanted on World of Warcraft again.
